some of my favorite pizza ever, just had 2 cheese slices that were perfection. love their specialty slices, though i do miss the thicker dough, that was super unique. their pasta and heros are great too. such a good pizzeria
Best. Pizza. Good pricing as well. Will never go elsewhere because the pizza is just that good. 2 things though: 1 - are you closed Fridays or not? Google shows open, no one answers the phone. 2 - one of the workers didn't wear a mask all through the pandemic and we had ordered salad (August '20) for an immunocompromised person without knowing that, had to throw it out just couldn't take that risk.
I had a visitor from the city come out for Christmas Day and she asked that I pick up a La Famosa chicken parmigiana hero which is wrapped in pizza dough for her lunch. I got a pizza pop roll (shown) and they were both so generously filled that neither of us had a single bite that was only dough. Very satisfying Christmas lunch!
I've been ordering from La Famosa for over a year now and they never disappoint. I actually had a situation where I ordered pizza for my son's preschool and there was a misunderstanding over the phone as to the location so they delivered it to the wrong school. I called them and they were nice enough to remake the pizza so my son's class could enjoy their Christmas party! La Famosa is a GREAT pizza place - been my place of choice for over a decade now. Their regular slices are great (and when they have it I love the chicken broccoli cheddar slices, or the carbonara). They actually have more than just good pizza. The meatball heros are amazing too.

I love their Pizza, Papa Joe is representing Italian food art very well. I can say this is the highest quality crush, sauce and cheese. The flavors are balanced in every bite, you care taste all the aroma and freshness. I asked him to tell us what flour he uses and it’s a high gluten flour. The rest is the love he has invested in 40 years in the industry.
